The past week has been a really hectic week..Work in the ofc is like getting more stressful even as i come near to my last day of work..many deadlines to meet..filings to clear..things to handover and account to..Had a talk with the manager last friday..And really it struck me that it's like my last week and 2 days of work starting from tml..haha..and i went wow!!..felt a weird sense of feeling when i tok to him..a feeling of happiness and excitement about what lies ahead after i stop working..seriously im kinda excited about school..ahhaa..altho i tink i will start dreading it when sch starts..ahaha..however i also felt a sense of sadness..im leaving ipac..ahhaa..im sad not becus of the work..but ahhaa..i think i'll really miss some of the ppl there..ppl like malva and thomas..they make my day at work..with all the crapping and laughing and EATING!! ahaa..At the same time..i also felt a deep sense of satisfaction..from what i've learnt through my experiences at work...and when i looked back at how i cope with the amount of work and stress that they give me..im amazed..Im really glad..i pressed on..despite the many times when i have tots about giving up..And i really thank God for the strength to perservere..But all in all..im really happy that work is really ending soon..ahha..=DWell anyway..last monday was movie..watched narnia with mich,gengting,caizhi and tina..it's a really great show..revelational & motivational..perhaps in everything we do..we should always take a step of faith..to press on and look for Aslan..He's just so close..haha if you knw what im toking about..tuesday & thursday was tuition..i think it's really been sometime since i had such quality lessons witht the kids..maybe im always so tired to even concentrate myself..ahaha..but last week's lessons were really good..and im really determined to help them do well in their exams this time..=DWednesday was out for dinner with aunt and cousins..it was ah yee's bdae..so we had peranakan food..i think it was a good gathering..esspecially being entertained by shaun and dean's being the camera men..friday was out at orchard with my mum and uncle to get some phone stuffs done..Saturday was out early in the morning to ICA to get the IC done..then it was shopping at bugis with fen and my mum..then after that went dwn to tamp for fellowship lunch with the cg..haha..we had fun playing game and eating ginger!! and then went for serviceand i think service was really good..Servanthood..1) the value of invisible service2) the value of individual people3) the value of insignificant giftsServing in the ministry can get so tiring from time to time..becus overtime our initial idea of serving getting diluted..we lose the heart to serve..maybe we should always, constanly bring into remberance the 10 truths about ministry:The foundation of ministry is chararcter.
