Dear God, From time to time.. Things can just get so discouraging.. Things that I started out doing happily.. Out of a genuine heart..turns to something, Just to please the people around me.. Comparing with others just like what everyone is doing.. Living in a realistic world, I find myself living in such a façade from time to time
Perhaps, we should just all stop comparing ourselves, Using whatever we can see visibly with our eyes.. But really look deeper within.. The HEART
And all I ask.. Is for a PURE heart.. The heart that’s really true and clean.. Being the best that I can be.. Doing the best for you..going the extra mile that I can go… And all these not for the eyes of men.. But for you and you alone.
I ask for a heart that’s always after you. A heart that follows hard after you. A heart that hides your word, so that sins will not come in. A heart that’s undivided, but one you rule and reign. A heart that beats compassion, that pleases you my Lord. That’s all I ask for.. A Pure & Serving heart that’s all for you..
