Taking up our cross in life..whether it is the cross for our studies and work..our family and friends.our ministry..or isit the cross of trials and tribulations...it's never easy..it's tiring and difficult..that many times..our flesh is always shouting us to give up..shortening the cross such that the walk will be easier and lighter..just like wad the man in the illustration did..but..we often fail to see wad is ahead..bud instead just focus on our circumstance..
we start to play god..telling God what he should do..trying all ways to control our situations..haha..but we always fail..
the cross may be difficult and heavy to carry..bud definitely..it brings much reward...and definitely there is a reason and greater purpose for the heaviness of the cross..
He works in the most amazing ways..ways which are beyond our imagination...bud there's always a reason for everyting that happens..
are yu going thru a situation today..a situation that is pressing you in every side..perhaps..He's sending you a message today..placing yu in a situation whereby you will be moulded and refined..
let's nt focus on our situation today..but on the greater purpose for that situation that lies beneath..take up ur cross today..and press on towards ur goal..He's cheering and welcoming you at the finishing line..
